Join me in a demonstration of weaving with native plants, during the Forest Grove Arts Festival on May 7, 2025. I will have examples woven with: cattails, western red cedar bark, red osier dogwood, and Douglas iris leaves, for folks to look at. I will also have visuals explaining various weaving processes, like: twining, plaiting, coiling, and more. There will also be a free make-and-take craft available for participants (supplies limited).
